We’ve all had it happen to us before —

maybe you’re just about to sit down on the bus after a long day at work, maybe you’re dodging the rain on your way back from school, maybe you just realize it all of a sudden; the melancholy has hit.

This isn’t a bad kind of sad, but rather you embracing the quiet calmness of the world around you and thinking that for the time being, you aren’t going to try and fight it by trying to put a smile on your face. Or maybe you’re just feeling really crappy about a crush and need an hour and a half worth of crying to sad songs. Either way, this is the soundtrack for you. Because sometimes you need to feel sad to feel happy.
