So you’ve done it! You’ve crafted a list of new years resolutions that you are DEFINITELY going to keep this year. And right there at the top, 12 letters stare back at you, “EAT HEALTHIER.” So, what now? Where do you look for inspiration for a quick and healthy meal? How about the Pantone Colour of the Year: Ultraviolet.
1 Banana, sliced & frozen
3/4 cup Pineapple chunks, frozen
1/3 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup almond or soy milk
Ready in 5 minutes
Serves 1-2 people
Blend Fruit. Add banana, pineapple and blueberries to blender. Blend on low until almost smooth.
Add milk of your choice, one tablespoon at a time, scraping down blender as you go, until mixture reaches desired consistency.
Serve! Scoop into serving bowl and top with desired toppings.
Toppings are completely optional. We recommend fresh berries, coconut flakes, sliced almonds and chia seeds.
Leftovers keep in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. Just thaw and enjoy.
